The name Heinz Kück GmbH has stood for toolmaking from Germany with precision and enthusiasm for more than 61 years.
Since 2004 at the Niederkassel site near Bonn, our team currently consists of 20 employees. The training of toolmakers has been a matter of course for years.
Punctual order processing and committed problem solving determine the corporate strategy. By using the latest software, the most modern machines and competent staff, we meet the highest requirements.

Construction
The most modern CAD/CAM technology is a prerequisite for the development of high-tech products. Experienced and continuously trained specialists design with Top Solid-Design, Top Solid-Mold and Top Solid-Cam. All common interfaces are available for data transfer.
Production
The greatest possible accuracy is guaranteed by the networking of our CAD/CAM systems with the most modern computer-controlled machines. Among other things, we have 7 CNC machining centers, 3-axis and 5-axis.
Products
We manufacture durable tools as injection moulding, die casting or SMC-tools, also as special solutions, cassettes, tandem, tiers, 2K. From smaller dimensions up to a size of 1000 mm x 1000 mm - or a weight of 6 tons. Samples up to series production can be processed together with a competent partner on request.
Service
We are also at your disposal as a service provider. Repairs/modifications/maintenance, even on tools not manufactured by us, are carried out by us precisely and with the greatest care.
